You only have to look at the ingredient list to see the love that’s gone into this dish – we’ve marinated two beautiful salmon fillets in a home-made tikka paste, separately roasted potatoes and cauliflower in Indian spices (curry leaves, turmeric, cumin and fennel just for starters) and blended yoghurt, mint, garlic and lemon zest for a fresh finishing sauce.
